The Ostra Regal’s unique crispy texture and sweet and sour taste is due to it’s long and technical production process.

The oysters spend one year on their bed in Clew Bay, then they are moved to the cove of Bannow for a further two years, where they are frequently handled to make sure that they have a good shape and maximum meat ratio.
