One of our favorite! 

We launched the process of curing duck magret to make it a delicious cold cut. 
We use local duck from northern Thailand that we first dry and then cure in-house. Keeping the skin will bring delicious nutty and buttery flavors.  

This Charcuterie can be enjoyed as an appetizer or as a prepared dish.

Perfect in a salad Landaise for example!
