Did you know? This Lamb is raised on New Zealand sea spread pasture cliffs. Close in taste with the French "pré-salé" Lamb, it has a superb texture and very delicate flavor. We marinate the lamb chops in special herbs and olive oil mix to add a special taste!   Approximately served 100gr per chop - Perfect for a Barbecue!

How to cook lamb chops?

If grilling, preheat your grill to medium-high heat. If using a stovetop, preheat a skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat. You can also use an oven broiler if you prefer.

Prepare the Lamb Chops:
Allow the chops to come to room temperature for oven cooking.

Grilling or Pan-Searing:
For grilling: Place the lamb chops on the preheated grill. Grill for about 3-4 minutes on each side for medium-rare, adjusting the time based on your desired level of doneness.
For pan-searing: Add a little oil to your preheated skillet or grill pan. Place the lamb chops in the pan and sear for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until cooked to your preferred level of doneness.

Resting and Serving:
Remove the lamb chops from the heat and let them rest for a few minutes. This allows the juices to redistribute within the meat and ensures a more tender result.
Serve the marinated lamb chops with your favorite side dishes. They pair well with roasted vegetables, mashed potatoes, salads, or a grain pilaf.
